Services
We provide mobile home step installation services to mobile home communities and individual homeowners. We also offer other services for mobile home communities, included but not limited to, demolition, skirting, concrete pad preparation and installation, stairs, ramps, and steps. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are estimates and may vary based on site conditions
- Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins
- Prices are valid for 30 days from quote date
- Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before service
Installation and Site Access
- Customer must provide safe access to installation site
- Customer is responsible for any required permits or approvals from mobile home park management
- We reserve the right to refuse service if site conditions are unsafe
Scheduling and Cancellations
- Installation dates are scheduled upon agreement
- Customer cancellations require 48 hours notice
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
Warranties
- Workmanship warranty details provided at time of service
- Product warranties vary by manufacturer
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear and tear
Liability
- We maintain liability insurance for our work
- Customer is responsible for any pre-existing conditions or damage
- We are not liable for delays caused by weather, site conditions, or third parties
Payment Terms
